Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Anto platform (the "Service"), the online software published by the operator of this instance.

Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any point, do not use the Service.

2. User account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and be of legal age or otherwise able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Report any unauthorized use through the Contact page.

An account may be suspended for breach of these terms, after notice whenever possible.

3. Nature of the service

Anto is an online software (SaaS) that orchestrates artificial intelligence services provided by external APIs. No AI model runs on our servers: requests are sent to the configured providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others depending on configuration).

AI-generated responses are provided as assistance and do not replace professional advice. You remain responsible for how they are used.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for: illegal activities, creating malware, fraud, harassment, or infringing third-party rights.

Also prohibited: bypassing quotas and security measures, reverse engineering non-public parts, and placing abnormal load that could degrade the Service for other users.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (conversations, files, agent instructions). You warrant that you have the necessary rights.

You grant the Service the limited technical license required to store, process and transmit this content to the configured AI providers, solely to operate the Service.

6. Billing

No subscription is offered: access to a paid plan (PRO or MAX) is obtained through a one-time entry purchase, and extra tokens are bought on demand. No payment is ever renewed or charged automatically.

Prices are in the currency shown on the Pricing page, as chosen at install. Each plan's daily token cap renews every day; the unused part of a day does not roll over to the next.

In case of failed payment, access to paid plans may be suspended until the balance is settled.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability without an absolute service-level guarantee: maintenance windows, outages and dependencies on external AI providers may occur.

Extended interruptions or significant changes will be communicated through available means (announcement banner or email).

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from settings or through the Contact page. We may terminate in case of breach of these terms.

After termination, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable delay, unless legal retention applies.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee absence of errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent availability of external models.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service over the last twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country of publication of the Service. Any dispute will first seek an amicable resolution.
